Just Breathe and Relax

Relaxation is a state where you can feel calm and be able to manage day-to-day life. If you have a busy schedule, or a lot on your mind, this can be difficult. Relaxation has many mental and physical health benefits which can be helpful, especially in these unprecedented times.

The Tiger Zen Room is a place you can come when you need a second to get away and practice relaxation techniques to get through your day. The space is available to all CCC students and is located in the Student Affairs-Multi-Complex Center.

Open Monday - Friday from 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
